These Terms apply whenever you use AskEverywhere, including the website, dashboard, and browser extension. By opening an account, installing the extension, or accessing the Service, you agree to them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Service.
1. Accounts
- You must be 16 or older. If you act for a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.
- Protect your password, login details, and access tokens, and notify us quickly if you suspect someone else has accessed the account.
- An account is for one person unless we give written permission for another arrangement. Do not share access informally.
- Use truthful registration details and update them when they change.
2. Credits and billing
AskEverywhere uses prepaid, pay-as-you-go credits. You buy a balance first and credits are consumed when you use the Service. The current rates appear in the homepage pricing section; unless noted otherwise, amounts are in US dollars.
- Purchased credits remain available while the account is open and do not expire.
- You may enable or turn off automatic top-ups in your account settings.
- Promotional coupons can carry separate deadlines and usage conditions.
- We issue receipts after payment and can provide invoices on request.
- New pricing may change with notice, but it does not change credits you already bought.
3. Refunds
- Unused credits may qualify for a manual refund requested within 30 days of purchase. Contact [email protected].
- Credits already consumed are generally not refundable unless applicable law or a written offer says otherwise.
- We may pause account access while we review a disputed payment.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to break the law, harm another person, infringe rights, defeat authentication or credit safeguards, avoid rate limits, probe non-public systems, create abusive automated accounts, misuse promotions, or resell access without written approval. We may suspend or close an account that violates these requirements.
5. Optional Google Ads connection
When you connect Google Ads, you give AskEverywhere permission to carry out the limited actions described in the authorization flow, which may include reading chosen campaign details and adding keywords to selected ad groups. You can withdraw that permission at any time.
You remain responsible for keywords, match types, bids, policy compliance, and spend in Google Ads. AskEverywhere does not promise a campaign result, operate your advertising account on your behalf, or collect the cost of Google advertising; Google bills that spend directly.
6. Availability
We aim for reliable access, but the Service is offered on an “as available” basis. Maintenance and updates can cause interruptions, and we are not liable for downtime caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including failures in outside providers or infrastructure.
7. Ending an account
You can close an account from the dashboard. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are breached. If we terminate an account for cause, unused credits may be lost; if you close the account voluntarily, any refund request is handled under Section 3. We may retain records that regulations require us to keep.
8. Liability limits
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AskEverywhere will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost income or profits. For a claim connected with the Service, our total liability is capped at the greater of what you paid us in the preceding 12 months or US$100. This section does not exclude liability that the law does not allow us to exclude.
9. Changes to these Terms
As AskEverywhere develops, we may update these Terms. Where required, we will give notice of significant changes. Continuing to use the Service after the new effective date indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing law
The law of the jurisdiction in which AskEverywhere is incorporated governs these Terms, while any mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence continue to apply.
